Welcome to PricedUp. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at https://pricedup.bet/ and all services we provide, including sports betting, casino games, live casino, bingo, and virtual sports. By accessing our platform and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 1. About Us

At PricedUp, we operate under the name Off Course Bookmakers Limited, registered at 255 Old Shoreham Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 7ED, United Kingdom. We are licensed and regulated by the Great Britain Gambling Commission under licence number 001776 (full licence reference 001776-R-103193-014), and we are registered on the UKGC public register. Our services are governed by English law, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Who Can Use Our Services

Our PricedUp platform is available exclusively to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older. We do not accept registrations from players outside the UK. Access to and use of our website may be restricted or illegal in certain jurisdictions, including the United States. We reserve the right to restrict access to all or parts of our website for users in specific jurisdictions at our sole discretion.

  • You must be aged 18 or over to register and use our services
  • You must be a resident of the United Kingdom
  • You may only hold one account with us at any time
  • You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration
  • You must not register on behalf of a third party

2.2 Account Security and Login

When you complete the PricedUp login process, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We strongly advise you not to share your username or password with anyone. Our mobile app supports TouchID login for added convenience and security. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must contact us immediately at customerservice@pricedup.bet.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

Here at PricedUp, we are required by law to verify the identity of all our customers before processing any withdrawal. Age is verified automatically on your first deposit; however, we may subsequently request additional documentation, including:

  • Passport, driving licence, or national ID (proof of identity)
  • A recent utility bill or official government correspondence dated within the last three months (proof of address)
  • Front of the debit card or a bank statement (proof of payment method)
  • For virtual cards: an online statement plus a utility bill

Please send all KYC documents to compliance@pricedup.bet. We may also request source-of-funds evidence — such as bank statements, savings statements, trust deeds, or pension documents — once certain transaction thresholds are met. Without such evidence, no further transactions can be processed. Failure to provide documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account suspension. If your identity cannot be verified following the KYC process, your remaining balance will be refunded up to the value of your initial deposits, and any excess winnings will not be credited.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

At PricedUp, we accept the following deposit methods: Visa Debit Card, Mastercard Debit Card, Maestro Debit Card, Visa Electron Debit Card, Apple Pay, Yaspa (Open Banking), Bank Transfer, and Cheque. We do not currently accept PayPal or e-wallets. We do not charge any deposit fees; however, some card issuers may treat deposits as cash advances and apply their own charges — this is beyond our control.

A minimum deposit of £25 applies for certain bonuses, including our PricedUp casino welcome offer. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these terms, resulting in permanent account closure and possible reporting to the Gambling Commission and the National Crime Agency. 5. Withdrawals

5.1 Processing and Timescales

We process withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Debit card withdrawals are subject to a maximum processing time of 5 working days due to standard banking procedures, though withdrawals are typically completed much sooner. All withdrawals are processed only in the name of the registered account holder. PricedUp withdrawal time may vary depending on your payment provider's own procedures.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits and Conditions

There is no fixed daily withdrawal limit. However, requests exceeding £10,000 (or the currency equivalent) may require additional processing arrangements. If you request a withdrawal without fully wagering your deposited funds, we may deduct a fee from your account to cover deposit and withdrawal costs, which may reduce the withdrawal amount accordingly. The maximum real cash benefit from free bets or concessions is £10,000 per day.

6. Currencies

We accept deposits in GBP (Sterling) and EUR. Your preferred currency is selected during the deposit process and cannot be changed afterwards without contacting our Customer Support team.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 10x the value of bonus winnings. Wagering applies only to winnings from free spins — not to real-money deposits. Only casino slot games contribute to wagering requirements, at 100%. Live Casino, Virtual Sports, and Bingo contribute 0%.

8. Sports Betting Rules

At PricedUp, we offer a full sportsbook with in-play betting, live streaming, and our Build-A-Bet feature. Bets are accepted online and via our mobile app only. Bets placed by telephone, post, email, or fax are void. Related contingency betting is not permitted, and Rule 4 deductions apply to outright markets.

8.1 Maximum Payouts

Our maximum payout limits (per customer per day, calculated 00:00–23:59 CET) are as follows:

  • Across all sports: £500,000
  • Casino, Live Casino, Bingo, and Virtual Sports: £100,000 per single wager or gameplay transaction (progressive jackpot slots and specifically advertised games are excepted)
  • Horse Racing (UK/Ireland and Breeders Cup): £100,000 singles and multiples including ante post; £50,000 forecast and tricast; £25,000 all other derivative markets
  • Football (Premier League through League 2, major European leagues, World Cup finals/qualifiers, UEFA Champions League): £100,000
  • Football Specials (Man of the Match, manager markets, transfer markets): £2,000
  • Non-sporting events: £5,000; WWE Wrestling: £500

For multiple bets spanning markets with different limits, the lowest applicable limit applies. Syndicates placing the same combination are treated as a single customer.

9. Casino and Game Rules

10. Mobile App

11. Responsible Gambling

11.1 Self-Exclusion

You may self-exclude for periods of 6 months, or 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 years. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances during the chosen period. Marketing will cease within 48 hours of a self-exclusion request. Your remaining balance will be refunded; balances under £1 will be donated to a registered gambling charity. Any duplicate accounts opened to circumvent self-exclusion will have all bets voided and deposits forfeited to charity. Returning after a self-exclusion period expires requires a mandatory telephone call with our Player Safety Team plus a 24-hour cooling-off period.

12. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no bet has been placed for 365 continuous days, or if it has been frozen for the same period. We do not charge dormancy fees and we do not remove funds from dormant accounts. Your balance remains fully withdrawable, and we will attempt to return it to your last known registered payment method.

13. Customer Funds

Your funds are held separately from our company funds across dedicated bank accounts, investment accounts, and reserve funds held with payment processors. However, please be aware that customer funds are classified at the Gambling Commission's level of "Not Protected" in the event of insolvency. This means that in the unlikely event of insolvency, your funds may not be fully protected.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us at customerservice@pricedup.bet. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 30 days. All complaints are resolved no later than 8 weeks from the date of receipt. If we are unable to resolve a complaint, we will issue a deadlock letter. Complaint records are retained for a minimum of 5 years and are available to the Gambling Commission upon request.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or representations.
